The Learnovation Roadmap for Creativity and Innovation in Europe was published on the 1st of October 2010, as a spontaneous contribution to the next planning and policy making phase in a number of fields that gravitate around the important concept of Lifelong Learning, towards and beyond the 2020 horizon.
The Roadmap is the results of two years of consultation among a number of key decision makers and stakeholders in Europe (including more than 2000 contributions from interested individuals), and aims at providing a meaningful follow-up to the Manifesto of the Ambassadors of Creativity and Innovation, that was produced by initiative of the European Commission in Spring 2010 as a main outcome of the 2009 European year of Creativity and Innovation.

This sounds really interesting and innovative!
